A joint venture between Olam (60%) and the Gabonese State (40%) launched in 2011, Olam Palm Gabon farms 63,300 hectares of palm estates in Awala, Mouila, Ndendé and Makouké, with three mills, an edible oil refinery (Cusin'Or brand) and a biogas unit. All concessions have been RSPO-certified since 2022 and the company presents itself as Africa's leading producer of certified palm oil — over 4,500 jobs.
