Founded in 1969, SMAG is the historic player of Gabonese milling and poultry: close to 90% of the national flour and egg market, 75,000 tonnes of flour and 40 million eggs a year from its Libreville and Nkoltang sites, under the Fleur de Farine, Boulangère and Coco N'to brands. Long a subsidiary of the Somdiaa group (Castel), it joined Ivorian group Avos in 2025.
